I was delighted to get an email recently from a Managing Partner who had read my article “Facing Facts” (see earlier posting). The email said “I do not want to go over the top, but I just wanted you to know that I thought it was one of the best management articles I have ever read and that I am adopting it as a text to prepare this year’s business plan.”

Nick J-K's Strategy for Law Firms 
I just wanted to add my endorsement to that above. Having just received the follow-up to this article via email (fallacies 8-10!) I recognise all of them, from my perspective on the profession. I’m pleased to say that, likewise, I think these are fortunately now widely recognised amongst most, if not all, partners of QualitySolicitors firms – which is key to our being able to achieve a competitive advantage in this rapidly changing market.
